Each serving contains a 120 mg culture blend with 30 billion colony-forming units at the time of manufacture. The formula contains no animal by-products, and each bottle provides 30 daily servings.

CFU stands for colony-forming units, a measure of viable microorganisms. Our label specifies 30 billion CFU per capsule at manufacture; this is not a guaranteed count through expiry.
