Milk thistle, also known as Silybum marianum, is the botanical behind this formula. We use its seed in both extract and powdered form.
Each tablet contains 175 mg of milk thistle seed 80% extract and 275 mg of seed powder. Both amounts are listed separately in the Supplement Facts.
Take one tablet one to three times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Check the label for full directions and cautions.
A bottle lasts 60 days at one tablet daily, 30 days at two, or 20 days at three. Follow the label or your healthcare professional’s directions for your routine.
